Emeliana Villegas Sabinay, 87, widow of Francasio Sabinay Sr., passed away, Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at her home on Keene Troy Pike. She was born on April 5, 1935 in Calubian Leyte, Philippines. Surviving are her children, Francasio V. Sabinay Jr. (Sarah), Reynaldo V. Sabinay (Marnelle), and Maity S. Minars (Charles), eleven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Funeral Mass will be 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 14, 2023, at Betts & West Funeral Home with Father Aldrin Tayag. Visitation will be 1:00-2:00 PM, Saturday at the funeral home.
