June 29, 1942 — April 25, 2010
Earl Eugene Boggs, 67, husband of Barbara Boggs, of Pinoak Drive, died Sunday April 25, 2010. Earl was a member of the Jessamine Christian Church, Nicholasville Lions Club, an Eagle Scout and formerly committee chairman for the Boy Scouts of America-Bluegrass Council. Additional survivors include two children, SSG Leah Turner-NC and James (Angla J.) McCall-Garrard Co., grandchildren, Lyda ( Jason) Thomas-NC and Molly McCall-Garrard Co., a brother, Michael (Susan) Boggs-Jessamine Co., a sister in law, Carol Boggs-Bowling Green and many other family members. He was preceded in death by a sister and her husband, Anita (Bill) Click, a brother, Gary Patrick Boggs and a son in law, SPC Estell Lee Turner. Memorial services will be 11:00am Thursday at Jessamine Christian Church with Phil Richardson officiating. Visitation will be from 6-9pm Wednesday at Betts & West Funeral Home.
