Douglas “Doug” Scott Morris, 51, passed Tuesday, October 10, 2017. He was born January 8, 1966 in Lexington, KY to James Morris and the late Pamela Cuzick Morris. Doug liked to hunt arrowheads, fish, collect coins, walk, being outdoors, working and being around his family, friends, and pets. Family survivors are two children, Courtney Elaine Morris and Brandon Scott Morris, a grandchild, Kylie Ray Sandlin, a sister, Darlene Seagraves, and other family members. A gathering will take place Friday at Courtney’s house, 303 Miles Rd., Nicholasville, KY 40356, starting at 11:00 AM. Betts & West Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
