Donald Ray Hampton, 77, widower of Elizabeth Hampton, died Monday, July 25, 2016 at St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, KY. He was a retired painter. Donald was born in Bell County the son late of Charles Hampton and the late Rebecca Valentine Hampton. Services will be 2:00 PM, Thursday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Pastor Shawn Mickschl officiating. Bearers will be Jeffrey Kent Ramsey, Kelly Grant Ramsey, William Nelson Bingham, III, Mark Partridge, Doyle Powell and Bob Morehouse. Interment will be in the Lexington Cemetery.
