Donald Elmer Anderson

Donald “Donnie” Anderson, 61, of Harrodsburg, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2026. He was born May 2, 1964, in Illinois to the late Karen K. Hackett Anderson.

Donnie is survived by his loving wife, Carol; one son, Christopher; one daughter, Ashley; one son-in-law, Curt Bailey; and four granddaughters, Abigail Daphne, Layla Rhiannon, Jameson Jane, and Rainbow Jubilee. He is also survived by two longtime friends, Chuck Eager and Robert (Raelene) Rhineheimer, as well as a large extended family.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by one nephew, Jason Abney.

Donnie was a longtime employee of CMC Inc., where he dedicated more than 40 years of service in environmental services and formed many lifelong friendships.

In accordance with his wishes, cremation was chosen, and no services will be held.
