Wilmore-Delphord L. Nichols Jr., 44, of High Street, died October 3, 2008 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was the son of Lucy Halderman Nichols and the late Delphord Lee Nichols Sr. Additional survivors include a son, Matthew Nichols, three sisters, Gina (Steven) Gray, Sandra (Jeff) Anderson and Angela (James) Teague, nieces, Kellye Gray, Amy and Kendall Anderson and Lakin Mulcahy, numerous other relatives. He was preceded in death by a son, Andrew Lee Nichols. Services will be 1:00pm Monday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Bro. Leonard Fitch. Burial will be in the Wilmore Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-9pm today. Bearers will be Barry, James and Bob Humphrey, Steven Gray, Jeff Anderson and James Teauge. Honorary bearers will be James Hill, John Halderman and Danny Houge.
