Delores 'Tootsie' Noe, 71, passed away March 8, 2016 in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born on November 18, 1945 in Boyle County to the late Enoch and Sarah Preston Noe. She is survived by one daughter Lisa Doolin, two grandchildren, Crystal Dyer and Amber Doolin, Three great grandchildren Paige Coker, Sara Tudor and Collin Quinn and one great great grandchild Braylon Kirby. Graveside services will be conducted at 11AM Friday, March 11, 2016 at Bellevue Cemtery in Danville, Kentucky. Betts & West Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
