Debra Lynn Keltner

Debra Lynn Keltner, 67, wife of Steve Keltner, passed away Monday, July 24, 2023, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. She was born to Raymond Ingram and Hazel Harris Ingram in Hamilton, Ohio, on August 20, 1955. She is survived by her husband, Steve; daughter, Jennifer Hall (William); stepdaughter, Kristy Jenkins (Brian); sister, Barbara Gilbert; grandchildren, Shawn (Joanna), Austin, and Somer; step-grandson, Jackson; great-grandchildren, Cloe and Easton; as well as several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 6:00 PM, Saturday, August 5, at Betts & West Funeral Home with Pastor Dan Gutenson officiating. Visitation will be held from 3:00 PM until the time of service, Saturday, at the funeral home. Betts & West is honored to serve Debra and her family in their time of need.
