David Deane Smith, age 66, passed January 2, 2015. He was born on April 12, 1948 to the late Donald Frederick and Doris Elsie Beadle Smith. David was a self employed mountain guide and was a veteran serving in both the Navy and Marines. David is survived one daughter Katie Hartman of Owensboro, one brother Damon R. (Joyce) Smith of Owensboro, one niece Shawn Veech and two nephews Dan and Tim Smith.
