Darrell W. Cruse

Darrell W. Cruse, age 71, husband of Sue Ella Cruse, passed away on February 5, 2026, at his residence. He was born on May 14, 1953, in Madison County, Kentucky, to the late James and Verna Cruse. Darrell was a retired firefighter and was proud to serve in the United States Army. Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons, Zachary J. Cruse and Tim (Johnella Marcum) Barton, two daughters, Laura Beth Cruse and Linda (Rodney) DeBeck, two brothers, Robert (Shirley) Cruse and Curtis (Teresa) Cruse, three grandchildren, Cesley Evans, Amber (Tyler) Marshall and Brittany (Caleb) Woods, and six great-grandchildren, Kylee, Westin, and Anson Evans, Jackson, and Makenzie Woods and Lee Thomas Marshall. Military services will be conducted at 10 AM on Tuesday, February 10, 2025, at Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
