Cindy Rae Sams, age 47, passed away December 31, 2015. She was born on August 30, 1968 in Lexington, Kentucky on August 30, 1968 to the late Kenneth Ray and Nancy Lou Vickers Sams. She is survived by her children Jacob Egan (Nikki) Sams and Emily Miller, three grandchildren Bruce Messer Sams, Jonathan Sams and Haylee Daugherty, fiancée David Noe and one brother Steven (Shirley) Sams. Funeral service will be conducted 7:30 PM Thursday, January 7, 2015 at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 4-7:30 PM at the church.
