Charlotte Ann Willhoite

Charlotte Ann Burton Willhoite, 92, widow of David W. Willhoite and daughter of the late Forest and Emoline Willis Burton, passed away Tuesday, April 1, 2025, in Paintsville, Kentucky. She was born in Jessamine County, Kentucky, on April 5, 1932. She is survived her niece, Sheila Burton Calhoun (Lester). In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Bobbie L. Burton. Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, April 4, at Betts & West Funeral Home with Clarence Risner officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of service, Friday, at the funeral home. Betts & West is honored to serve Charlotte and her family in their time of need.
