Cecil Gilbert Stipe, 39, husband of Danica Hubbard Stipe passed Saturday, February 17, 2018. He was born October 23, 1978 in Pikeville to James Douglas and Lonetta Carter Stipe. Cecil was a plumber and liked to fish, collect knives, and enjoyed his guns and dogs. Additional family survivors are his paternal grand mother, Edna Mae Bradley, three sisters, Chasity Hope Martin, Patricia Jo (Michael) Cairel, Jamie Natasha Stipe and other family members. Funeral service will be 6:00 PM Wednesday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Pastor Richard David Stipe officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4:00 until 6:00 PM at the funeral home.
