Carl L. Sturgeon Sr, age 76, widower of Shirley Sturgeon, passed away March 5, 2020 at the VA Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. He was born on April 29, 1943 in Cloverport, Kentucky to the late Charles and Gladys Sturgeon. Carl was a Veteran having served in the Navy.
