C. D. Walston, 82, widower of Joan Helen Davies Walston, died Wednesday, March 05, 2014 at Thompson Hood Veterans Center. He was the son of the late Theodore and Mayde Ashley Walston. He was a member of the Baptist faith, a Navy Veteran, retired machinist with the Santa Fe Railroad and loved to garden, especially his fruit trees. Survivors include 2 daughters Linda Walston and Debra Walston, 3 sons: Jeffery Walston, David Walston and Daniel Walston, numerous grand children, great grand children and other family members.
