Bulah Ethel Blevins

Bulah Ethel Ratliff Blevins, age 71, widower of David Blevins, passed away on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at the home of her sister in London, Kentucky. She was born in Morgan County, Kentucky on September 26, 1954, to Hobert Peck and Nannie Lickins Peck. Ethel had worked in manufacturing. Survivors include a son, Robert Anthony Hubbard (wife Tasha), a daughter, Tammy Sue Shackleford (husband Tim), six grandchildren—Jessica Lynn, Kayla, Ciara, Timothy, Anthony, and Benjamin—and two great-grandchildren. Additional survivors include two brothers, Cash and Darrell, four sisters, Judy, Marlene, Sheila, and Mae. Her brothers Elmer, Roy, Sam, Les, Ches, and her sisters Garnet and Norma passed away before her. A funeral service will take place at Betts & West Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at 1:00 PM, with Bro. Bill Bales officiating. The burial will follow in Bluegrass Memorial Gardens.
