Brenda Kay Brooks, 59, Phillips Lane, died Friday November 15, 2019 at her home. She was born on August 18, 1960 in Richmond, Indiana to the late Robert Edward and Doris Jane Benge Brooks. Brenda was a former waitress at Frisch’s in Nicholasville. Survivors include her son, Joshua Lee Brooks of Nicholasville, Kentucky.
