Billy Joe Jackson, 45, Versailles, Kentucky, passed away Monday, February 24, 2025. He was the son of Elizabeth Faye Suggs Jackson and the late Berlin Jackson, born on April 17, 1979, in Scottsboro, Alabama. He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth; brothers, William Jackson, Phillip Jackson, and Steve Jackson; as well as sisters, Rhonda Kaplan and Sandra Lyle.
