Billy Cobb, 60, husband of Phyllis Peel Cobb, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at his home on Keene Road in Nicholasville, Kentucky. He was born in Lexington, Kentucky to William Archie and Mary Edna Peel Cobb. Billy was the farm manager for Willow Birch Farm. Betts & West Funeral Home is honored to serve Billy and his family.
