Ashley Nicole Perrin

Ashley Nicole “Nikki” Perrin, 41, passed away Saturday, February 12, 2022 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. She was born in Lexington on September 13, 1980, to Deborah Casteel Perrin and the late Michael Durham Perrin. She is survived by a son, Landon Patrick Hager, daughter, Kennedy Madison Hager, brother, Michael Shawn Perrin, and a sister, Angela Denise Murray (Stephen Todd).
