Arville Ray Sparks

Arville Ray Sparks, 64, passed away Thursday, September 14, 2023, at Baptist Health Lexington. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on April 30, 1959, to Arville Woods “Woody” Sparks and the late Mary Gail Campbell Sparks. Ray was a retired heavy equipment operator for CMC. Survivors include three sons, Wesley (Stephanie) Sparks, Clayton Sparks, and Tyler Sparks, his father, Woody (JoAnne) Sparks, his best friend and companion, Linda Sparks, and four brothers, Allen (Alta) Sparks, Tony (Carla) Sparks, Jesse (Tonya) Sparks, and Joshuah (Stephanie) Sparks and one grandchild, Paxton Sparks. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at Bethel Christian Church with Bro. Bill Bales officiating. Visitation will be 4-8:00 PM, Tuesday, September 19, 2023, at Bethel Christian Church. Burial will be in Bluegrass Memorial Gardens. Bearers will be Jesse Sparks, Clayton Sparks, Wesley Sparks, Tyler Sparks, Tony Sparks, and Allen Sparks.
