Arthur James Mann

Nicholasville-Arthur James Mann, 90, widower of Fern Newland Mann, of Ironwood Drive, formerly of Versailles, died June 21, 2008 at his home. He was a member of the Versailles Baptist Church. Mr. Mann was a retired farmer and construction supervisor for Eubank & Steel. He was a native of Woodford County, son of the late Ellis Pearl Mann and Hallie Lathrem Mann. Survivors include children, Sue Mann-Richmond, Janice Buckler-Versailles, Missie Lenhart-Nicholasville, Hallie (Dick) Brunson-Lancaster, Judy (Pat) McIntyre-Nicholasville and Arthur (Lisa) Mann-Nicholasville, twelve grandchildren, four great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, James Richard Mann. Services will be 1:00pm Tuesday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Rev. David Dugan and Pat McIntyre officiating. Burial will follow in the Lexington Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8pm Monday. Grandchildren will serve as bearers. Donations are suggested to the Hour of Harvest, c/o WLJC, P.O.
