Nicholasville-Anthony Bell, 27, died December 17, 2008. He is survived by his parents, Denise and Gary Penticuff, his daughter, Trinity Bell and her mother, Robin Duncan, his brothers and sisters, Clyde, David, Kelsey and Shawn.
