Amanda Elizabeth Ellis Cooper, 36, passed away April 30, 2018, at her home. Amanda was born to Larry Robert and Lorraine Day Ellis in Lexington, Kentucky on October 20, 1981. She worked in Food Service. Amanda is survived by her son, Jayden Landon Cooper, her sister Lorri Dawn Ellis, a niece Brittany Lorraine Ellis, great nephew Christian Bruist, and her grandmother Ethel Day. Services will be Thursday, May 3, 2018 at 7:00 PM at Betts & West Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM until the time of service. Online guestbook at www.BettsandWestfuneralhome.com
