Allison Marie Lewis, 56, of Nicholasville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at the University of Kentucky at Samaritan in Lexington, Kentucky. She was born June 2, 1970, in Detroit, Michigan, to Marcella Adkins Clark and the late Jesse Lewis Sr. Allison is survived by her mother, Marcella, and her husband, Steve Clark; her son, Jacob Alan Keith Lewis; and her sister, Beverly Dennise' Lewis Munson, and her husband, John.
