Wilma Jean Preston Napier

Wilma Jean Preston Napier, 75, widow of Rodney Harris Napier passed Wednesday, July 13, 2016. She was born July 8, 1941 in Garrard County to the late James Calvin and Donia Mae Peel Preston. Jean was a member of Teamster Local 651, loved to do puzzles, spend time with family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Family survivors are three children, Rod (Sherri) Napier, Mark (Leisa) Napier and David (Carolyn) Napier, six grandchildren, Kevin Napier, Ashley Reynolds, Jordan Napier, Heather (Matt) Marshall, James Tyler Napier and Anthony Taylor Napier, seven great grandchildren, Harper and Jax Reynolds, Madilyn, Hudson and Lukas Marshall, Carina Napier, John Wayne 'Duke' Napier, other family members and friends. She was also preceded in death by a son, James Robert Napier. A Celebration of her life will be 6:00 PM Sunday at Betts & West Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 3:00 PM until time of service Sunday at the funeral home. Burial service will be 2:00 PM Monday at Maple Grove Cemetery. Grandchildren will serve as bearers.
