Willie J. Grimes Stinnett

The Lord opened up the pearly gates for Willie J. Grimes Stinnett, 77, Sunday, November 7, 2010 after a yearlong battle with cancer. She was born October 15, 1933 in Jessamine County to the late Bill and Katherine Jane Knight Grimes. Survivors are two children, Ronnie Wheeler and Teresa Runyon, nine grandchildren, Jennifer, Chris, hope, Gerald, Mikie, Chad and Chase Wheeler, Kimberly Grimes and Ashley Hatter, ten great grandchildren, Blake, Gracie, Will, Brenley and Mallory Wheeler, Ryan -Bib Boy- and Emily White, Jackson -Working Boy- Grimes, Isabella -Tricker Jezebel- Grace and Landen- Lee Hall. Services will be 1:30 pm Wednesday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Cross officiating. Burial will follow in Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 Tuesday at the funeral home. Bearers will be Joe Turner, Mike and Gerald Wheeler, Brent Evans, Terry McFarland and Greg White.
