William Jeffrey 'Jeff' Culver, 53, passed Friday. He is the husband of Kimberly Dawn Morrow Culver, father of Michael and Landon Culver, son of Joseph Fred and Joann Land Culver, brother of Jennifer (Michael) Widner and Catherine Lynn (Charles) Peltson and other family members. Jeff was preceded in death by two brothers, Timmy and David Culver.
