William Harold Benton

William Harold Benton, 82, widower of Doris Jean Sharp Benton, passed away March 13, 2016. He was born on November 30. 1933 in Garrard County to the late Grandon and Nora Esther Crutchfield Benton. William was a Veteran serving in the United States Marine Corp. William is survived by one son Douglas Lee Benton, one granddaughter Katie Benton, one brother Don (Jo) Benton, two sisters Paula Jane Bertram and Susan (Charles) Moore and one daughter in law Kelly Benton (Ron) Hutchins. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and other family members to mourn his passing. William is also preceded in death by two sons Dale and William Patrick Benton, one grandson Trevor Benton and a brother Grandon Parker Benton.
