William David Miller

William David Miller, 61, husband of Christy Beverly Miller, passed away March 9, 2015. He was born on September 15, 1953 to the late James 'JD' Dallas and Ardell Grimes Miller. David was a farmer a member of the Blue Lick Holiness Church of Berea, the Hickman Creek Coon Club, he liked to cook, enjoyed the outdoors and being with his family. David is survived by one son David Scott (Miletha) Miller, two daughters Beverly (Josh) Hager and Leslie (Emmett Jr.) Manley, ten grandchildren Joshua Hall, Whitney Hall (Edwin), Dustin Miller, Savannah Goins, Chelsea Manley, Samantha Harris, Grace Manley, Deanna Miller, Megan Manley, Jaycob David Miller, four siblings Joyce Fain (Ron) Jump, Ray Allen (Pat) Miller, Susan (Mark) Ballard and Paul (Susan) Miller. He also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews and other family members to mourn his passing. David is also preceded in death by one grandson, Christopher Scott Miller and two brothers, James Buford Miller and Wayne Taylor Miller. Funeral service will be conducted at 1PM Saturday, March 14th 2015 at Betts & West Funeral Home with Brother Marvin Marshall, Brother Donnie Pingleton, and Pastor Chris Webb. Burial will follow in the Maple Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3-9 PM Friday and 10 AM until time of service Saturday at the funeral home. Casket bearers will be Joshua Hall, Dustin Miller, Jeff Fain, James Fain, Brandon Ballard, Jamie Ballard, Tim Miller, Shannon Miller, David Hunt Jr. and Dennis Asher Jr. Honorary casket bearers will be Johnny Hager, Burch Hager, Mike Hager, Wayne Stinnett, Scotty Johnson, Rocky Johnson, Frank Taylor, Duncan Taylor and the late Nolan Blakeman and Terry Hager.
