Wanda Jean Cook Goodlett. 71, widow of James Everett Goodlett, passed Tuesday, April 18, 2017. She was born August 9, 1945 in Louisville, KY to the late Alfred Riley and Hazel Walker Cook. She was a member of Ashland Baptist Church and attended Tabernacle Baptist Church. Family survivors are a daughter, Elana Goodlett, three sisters, Doris (Richard) Aurand, Phyllis Cook and Janice Campbell and other family members. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Phillip Cook. Service will be 1:30 PM Friday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Rev. Benny Pivonka Jr., officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until time of service Friday.
