Vickie Lynn Gill

Vickie Lynn Gill, 71, widow of Eldon Dewey Gill, passed away Thursday, August 17, 2023, at her home on Edgewood Drive, Nicholasville. She was born in Nicholasville on November 22, 1951, to the late Samuel Locker and Teresa Woods. She is survived by her sons, James Edward Gill (Tammy), Michael Wayne Gill (Laura), and Tommy Lynn Gill (Delanna); brother, Michael Locker (Maxine); sister, Kathy Locker; eleven grandchildren; and nineteen great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Eldon, she is preceded in death by several siblings. Services will be held at 12:00 PM, Tuesday, August 22, at Betts & West Funeral Home with Bro. Jack Saylor officiating. Burial will follow at Bluegrass Memorial Gardens, where grandchildren will serve as bearers. Visitation will be held the evening prior, from 5:00 – 9:00 PM, Monday, at the funeral home.
