Thelma Ruth Williams Huggins

Thelma Ruth Williams Huggins, 82, widow of Lloyd E. Huggins, died Wednesday, September 18, 2013. She was born April 19, 1931 to the late Noah Webster and Frances Marilyn Schulcraft Williams. She was a loving mother and grandmother, a very positive person who loved to do for others. Family survivors are three children, Carol S. Huggins, Sandra Huggins, Charles R. (Jamie) Huggins, Four grandchildren, Russell Lenard, James (Melissa) Lenard, Christian Huggins, Parker, three step grandchildren, Curtis, Tabatha, Kayla, ten great grandchildren, Enic, Abby, Russell Jr., J.D., Nicholas, Landen, Rachael, Kaya, Kira and Jessa. Graveside services will be 2:00 pm Monday in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Flatwoods, KY.
