Terry Rhodes Carter, 67, husband of Sandy King Carter, died October 16, 2012. He was the son of the late Waller Rhodes Carter and Mildred Walker Carter. Additional survivors include two children, Amy (Jonathan) Rouse and Nik Carter, grandchildren, Lauren Carter, whom he considered a daughter, Bret, Noah and Holly Mattox and Meredith Rouse, brothers Jack, Gary and Mike Carter.
