Tammy Lynn Hanshaw, 50, mother of Ryan Keith Goode and Jacob Bradley Hanshaw, died Monday, January 8, 2017 at her home. She was born January 18, 1967 to John and Mary Etta Deaton Stephens. Tammy attended New Hope Fellowship Church and worked as a CNA at Thomson Hood Veterans Center in Wilmore.
