Tabitha Nichole Lewis

Tabitha Nichole Lewis, 36, of Nottaway Drive in Nicholasville, passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. She was born in Lexington on August 4, 1986, to Shirley Wayne Lewis and the late Tammy Sue Cooper Lewis. She is survived by her son, Kingston Bratton; boyfriend, Joseph Bratton; sister, Tiffany Lynn Resor (Matthew Prine); niece, Kaylee Resor; as well as a host of other family members. In addition to her mother, Tammy, she is preceded by a sister, Rebecca Lewis. Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, November 6, at Betts & West Funeral Home, with Wayne Bernhardt officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until the time of service, Sunday, at the funeral home. Betts & West is honored to serve the Lewis family in their time of need.
