Susan Marie Jaycox, 69, of Nicholasville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at Baptist Health Lexington. She was born in Buffalo, New York on July 5, 1951 to the late Ed and Francis Mason Shubbuck. Susan worked as a dental technician at the Veterans Administration Hospital on Cooper Drive in Lexington, Kentucky. She is survived by a son Adam Edmund Jaycox and his wife, Robin, grandson, Joshua Jaycox, brother, Jim Shubbuck, sister, Deborah Wise.
