Steven Wesley Williams

Steven Wesley Williams, 55, husband of Veronica Denise Floyd Williams, passed Monday, January 29, 2018. Steve was born February 18, 1962 in Ft. Smith AK to Marion Wesley Williams and the late Barbara Jo Lowery Williams. He was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, coached youth league football, loved to play his guitar, write songs, and ride his motorcycle. Survivors are his two daughters, Breanna Shea Williams and Whitney Lynn Williams, two step daughters, Ashley Elizabeth (B.J.) Wayne, Timberly De’Anne Towles, four grandchildren, Evan, Jason, Chloe, and Karlee, a brother, Joe Shannon Williams, and other family members. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Marion Shelby Williams. Service will be 2:00 PM Friday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Pastor Basil Hall and Rev. DeWayne Brewer officiating. Burial will follow in Keene Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 11:00 AM until time of service at the funeral home. Bearers will be Clinton Hurt, Anthony Reynolds, David Noe, Randall LaDuke, Henry Miles, and Mike Hilterbran. Honorary Bearers will be David Cook and Darryl Cook.
