Steven Russell Smith

Steven Russell Smith, 65, of Nicholasville, Kentucky, husband of Paula Brasel Smith, died on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at Baptist Health Lexington. He was born in Fort Campbell, Kentucky, on January 27, 1959, to Edward Smith and the late Jeanette Brown Smith. Steven was a contract administrator for Southern Illinois University. In addition to his wife and father, he is survived by two daughters, Courtney (Chad) Quertermous and Audrey (Nicholas) Biggs, two sons, Kyle (Susanna) Smith and Danny (Nana) Stearns, and a brother, Edward Wesley Smith. The family has chosen cremation for their service, and he will be buried in Our Lady of Rosary Cemetery in Georgetown, Texas.
