Shelley Ann Carter Vanderpool

Shelley Ann Carter Vanderpool, 56, wife of Robert “Bobby” Vanderpool, passed Thursday, October 19, 2017. She was born February 3, 1961 in Lexington, KY to Donald Wayne Carter and the late Rita Ann Shelley Carter. Survived also by her son, Cory Wayne (Roxanne) Vanderpool, step daughter, Jessica Blakeman, three grandchildren, Charlee Rose Vanderpool, Remy Vanderpool, and Nicholas Gabbard, and other family members. Shelley was also preceded in death by a brother, D.J. Carter. Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Sunday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Pastor Butch Vanderpool officiating.
