Ruth May Locker

Ruth May Locker age 94, widow of Buford “Buck” Locker, passed away Sunday, December 13, 2020 at Diversicare of Nicholasville. She was born in Cynthiana, Kentucky on October 9, 1926 to the late William and Sarah McLoney May. She was retired from the Jessamine County School System where she worked in the cafeteria for many years. She is survived by her daughters, Sue (Mark) Reed and Tammy (Robbie) Hudson, 10 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren and six great grandchildren, special nephew, David May, best friend, Wanda Roberts and numerous other friends and relatives. She was preceded in death by two sons, Kenneth Wayne Locker and John Willie Locker, grandson, Michael Crutcher and two brothers, John May, and Billy May, lifelong friends, Gary, and Glenn Roberts. Services will be 12:00 PM, Friday December 18, 2020 at Betts & West Funeral Home. Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery.
