Ruby Irene Watkins Amburgey

Ruby Irene Watkins Amburgy, 79, widow of Rev. Billy Ray Amburgey, died Friday, March 13, 2009. She was born December 23, 1928 in Campton, KY to the late Nelson and Mary B. Bush Watkins. Ruby was a member of Fellowship Holiness Church of Jesus Christ. She is survived by her two loving children, Billy Joe Maloney and Phyllis Ann (Charles -:Tib-) Maloney Turner, her seven precious granddaughters, Angie (Randy) Myers, Tonia (Rick) Reynolds, Tabatha Turner, Sandra (Rex) Gardner, Pam (Manuel) Guerrero, Gina (Scott) Stover and Kim Beltran, ten great grandchildren, Megan and Morgan Myers, Brandon (Janie) and Jeremy Reynolds, Amber and Nikki Meadors, Hunter and Kaylan Gardner, Shelby Beltran and Jory Guerrero, one great great granddaughter, Kaitlynn Meadors, all of Nicholasville and other family members. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Sandra K. Maloney. Services will be 1:00 pm Tuesday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Myers and Rick Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 5:00 until 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Bearers will be Tib Turner, Rick, Brandon and Jeremy Reynolds, Rex and Hunter Gardner and John Hager.
