Ronnie Lee Sparks Jr.

Ronnie Lee Sparks Jr. 28, of Chrisman Lane, son of Nora Jean West Sparks of Nicholasville and Ronnie Lee Sparks Sr. of Lexington, died January 4, 2011. He was a loving father, son, brother and uncle. He was a skilled painter and loved to work on and tinker with cars and houses. Additional survivors include a daughter, Ciarah Sparks of Frankfort, a brother, Doug Comley of Nicholasville, two sisters, Melissa Davis and Gina Buckler both of Nicholasville, three uncles, Donald West of Nicholasville, Greg and Hugh Raider of Lancaster, numerous nieces, nephews and other family members. Services will be Noon Saturday at Betts & West Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Wilmore Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-8pm Friday. Bearers will be Doug Comley, Josh Buckler, James Davis, Josh Tolson, Rob Watkins and Randell Sparks. Honorary bearers will be Larry Buckler and James Hopkins. Donations are suggested to the Ronnie Lee Sparks Jr. Memorial Fund at any PNC Bank.
