Phyllis Ann Malone Absher, 66, wife of Kenneth Ray Absher, passed Wednesday, November 9, 2016. She was born in Somerset, KY to Raymond and Nannie Malone. Phyllis liked to clean, cook, dance and UK basketball but most of all she loved being with her family. Family survivors are five children, Stephen & Peggy Deering, Lisa & Patrick Sparks, Ricky & Brianna Deering, Bobbie Sue Murphy and Amanda Clifton, grandchildren; Levi and Stephanie Abner, Emily, Brad, Justin, Jon, Chris, Randi, Jasmine, Haley, Ricky jr, Dylan, Katelyn, Justin, Mckinley, Allen, Stevin, Konnor, Alixander, great grandchildren; Sam, Saddie, one sister, Rita Malone and other family members. Service will be 1:30 PM Wednesday at Betts & West Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until time of service Wednesday.
