Patsy L. Wilson

Patsy L. Wilson passed peacefully on June 4, 2023, at the Willows in Harrodsburg, KY after a battle with a long illness. She was a resident of Jessamine County, KY where she lived for over 50 years. She was born on August 20, 1942, in Somerset, KY to the late Martha Nell Justis and Lawrence Marion Ware. She was a member of a large family, having 10 siblings whom she loved dearly. Patsy graduated from Eubank High School and was a member of Pulaski Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Freeman Wilson and grandson, Samuel Freeman Wilson. She is survived by her daughter Jane and husband Brian Welch, and son Craig and wife Kelly Wilson. She has 4 grandchildren, Olivia, Grayson, Braden & Hadley and a great-grandchild on the way. Patsy loved her grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them. She also loved to garden and sew. She had many special friends and neighbors and she loved checking in and visiting with them over the years. A service will be held to honor and celebrate the life of Patsy at Betts and West Funeral home Friday June 9. Visitation will begin at 2:00pm and the service will be held at 2:30pm.
