Patsy J. Schneider

Patsy J. Schneider, 64, widow of Mark Schneider, passed away Thursday, October 28, 2021, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. She was born in Perry County, Kentucky on July 9, 1957, to the late Orbin Halcomb and Polly Ann Smith Halcomb. Survivors include son, Steven Smith, daughter, Robin Smith, brothers, Joseph Halcomb (Elisa Karen Halcomb), and Noah Jay Halcomb, sister, Nancy Lee Morton (James) and three grandchildren, Katie Smith, Sean Smith and Jackson Reynolds. She was preceded in death by five siblings. Services will be 11:00 AM, Monday, November 1, 2021, at Betts & West Funeral Home. Visitation will be 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM, Sunday at the funeral home.
