Patsy Ann Taylor Edwards

Patsy Ann Taylor Edwards, 70, loving wife of Clarkie Edwards went home to be with the Lord Thursday, November 27, 2008 at her home. Patsy was born September 4, 1938 in Cincinnati, OH to the late Eli V. and Martha Ellen Allen Taylor. She was associated with her husband in the Prisoners for Christ Missions, a former employee for Sergeant and Greenleaf. Patsy was also a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all including her three children, Rhonda (Chuck) Callaway-IN, Dwayne (Kim) Edwards and Sandy (Bill) Green-Nicholasville, three grandchildren, Ashley Josh) Smith-Corinth, Jake and Neal Green-Nicholasville, step granddaughter, Amanda Baker- Richmond, three sisters, Betty (Charles) Williams, Nancy (Tom) Bachman, Phyllis (Floyd) Bennett, a brother, Phillip (Deanna) Taylor-IN and her other special family members. She was also preceded in death by two grandchildren, Matthew and Michael Edwards. Services will be 11:30 Monday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Pastor Ronnie Wolfe and Pastor Harold Becknell officiating. Burial will follow in Blue Grass Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday from 4:00 to 8:00 at the funeral home. Family will serve as bearers. Contributions suggested to Hospice of the Bluegrass.
