Patricia Durham

Patricia Durham, 72, went to heaven on Sunday, November 28, to be with her husband Ray Dean Durham and her son, Donald Ray Durham. Pat was born March 21, 1938 in Jessamine County to the late Floel Crawford and the late Carlisle Carson. She leaves behind to mourn her passing a daughter, Deana (Lester) Cassity, a son, Joel Edwin Durham, sisters Annetta (Dennis) King, Melinda (Leo) Foster, brothers, Gene (Gina) Crawford, William (Shirley) Crawford, grandsons, Brian (Christy) Crawford, Sam (Tabitha) Cassity and great grandchildren, Morgan Slugantz, Madison Bailee Cassity, Tanner Ray Crawford and William Clayton Cassity, a multitude of nieces, nephews and many, many close friends. Pat will forever be remembered as a selfless caregiver whose calling was to help those in need. Services will be 1:00pm Wednesday at Edgewood Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Sholar officiating. She will be laid to rest beside her husband in Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-9pm Tuesday at Betts & West Funeral Home and from Noon to 1:00pm Wednesday at the church. After the committal service, friends and family will continue her celebration of life with food and refreshments at the church, all who knew her are invited. Bearers will be her grandsons and Andy Drury, Bill Mink, Derrick Gibson and Robbie Wainscott. Honorary bearers will be Scott and Jeannie LeMaster , Alan Taylor, Curt and Gail Poor, her Sunday School Class, Kenny and Phyllis LeMaster, Lawrence Taylor, David Stinnett, Tommy and Cheryl Leach, William Walter Halfhill, Juanita Morgan, Nannie Bell Stinnett, Myrtle Taylor, Shirley Teater and Dottie Bruner.
