Norman Otis Frazier

Norman Otis Frazier, 91, husband of Viola May Hale Frazier, passed Friday, April 28, 2017. He was born April 2, 1926 in Ashland, KY to the late Kenneth and Hannah Barber Frazier. Norman was a WW II Navy Veteran, member of the American Legion and a volunteer at the VA Medical Center. Additional survivors are a daughter, Teresa Sidwell, two sons, David (Bertha) Frazier and Terry (Debbie) Frazier, a special granddaughter, Annie Boaz, several other grandchildren and great grandchildren, two sisters, Garnett Hoff and Alma Johnson, a brother, Bo (Jeanne) Frazier and other family members. Service will be 2:00 PM Wednesday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Bro. Roger Ellis and Bro. Bill Ransford officiating. Burial will follow in Blue Grass Memorial Gardens.
