Minnie Elizabeth Lynch Plowman, 67, wife of Charles Plowman Jr., of East Brown St., died Sunday, November 25, 2007. Born in Estill County on February 12, 1940 she was the daughter of the late Dudley -Dud- Clayton and Ethel Lester Marcum Lynch. She was a member of the Church of God for 30 years and was a loving wife and mother and was a caregiver to the elderly and sick. Additional survivors include one daughter, Connie Renae Lynch, one son, Charles Clayton (Heather Renee) Plowman and a step-son, Charles Melton (Toni) Plowman-all of Nicholasville, one sister Grace Carol Campbell-Richmond, four grandchildren, Tiffany Lynch-Nichoalsville, John Plowman-Nicholasville, Jenny Day-Garrard Co. and Ashley Plowman-Nicholasville, two great-grandchildren and other family members. She was also preceded in death by a son, Donald Earl Lynch. Services will be 2:00 PM Thursday at Betts & West Funeral Home with Darrell Osbourne officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Bearers will be Linda Bonnett, Kenny Goodpaster, Charles Melton Plowman, John Plowman, Mike Fairchild and David Day.
